Finished Mandala with my next color page I’m working on. The next ones I’m doing are going up as decor in my room. Yes that’s a Targaryen sigil. Coloring is very therapeutic for me. I do it when writing poetry or in a journal just aren’t enough. Sometimes what I need most of all to relax my mind is to color. I have a very large collection of coloring books with patterns, mandalas, fantasy, etc so I have a lot of options to choose from. I also color with prismacolor pencils. I love the depth and variety of color they give me. This mandala is complete except for the corner pieces which I will get done in the next few days. Coloring is nice therapy especially with good tv or music in the background. I started watching Outlander for the first time. I had been wanting to watch it for a while. I have quickly binge watched through the first 2 seasons. I found so many moments emotional and have especially fought tears through the second season. Tonight as I worked on finishing this mandala, I could no longer fight the tears. I’m very grateful there are no tear stains on my art therapy. This story is literally killing my emotions.
