A brief tug of war finally got the boot off his foot; freed of the form that had filled out the leather, it tumbled back into the water with a bloop, leaving behind expanding concentric circles disrupted by a few small bubbles and the not-quite-pattern of the rain drops.

I went to check my parsley last weekend and I found my little parsley worm I had been following dead in the pot. I went out and looked today, and now I have a dozen of the worms on the parsley!! I'm cleaning out my old aquarium and turning it into a terrarium. I'm going to plant new parsley plants in there and move all these worms to there so I can keep an eye on them through their development.
