If you spend a lot of time sitting at a drawing board or in front of a computer, you've probably wrecked your back and hips by now.
I started doing this workout in the 1980's, and every time I stray from it I regret it. It does more for my back, shoulders and hips in 15 minutes with the warm up stretch than almost anything else I've ever tried. It is gentle, has alternative moves for people with back problems, and it is deceptively easy to do: the difficulty level creeps up on you.
It brings on the results.
If I do even a fraction of the workout late in the day, I feel refreshed.
I kept my original, 1980's era tape until it completely wore it out, and now I have the dvd. Inexpensive, and you can find videos on Youtube as well.
GREAT for your posture and computer hump.
