#cala 2016

Im going to be at Comic Arts LA this weekend selling zines and prints (Mr. Good Guy Included). This is my first time at CALA and I’m excited!

Czap Books' last show of the year, and it's one of our new favorites! We're really looking forward to flying out west for another year of tabling at the fabulous Comic Arts Los Angeles on December 3rd and 4th!

Not only are we going to be there at table 7A presenting the stunning work we've put out this year, but our next author Jessi Zabarsky will also be at the show, tabling at 17B! Well-positioned throughout the room so you can't escape us :> And I'll just say that you will have many reasons to not miss coming to either of our tables.

Not only will we have the all the 2016 Ley Lines line, a new Cyanide Milkshake, Úlcera and more at our table, we're also honored to say that our Comics Mom (that's me, Kevin Czap, of course) will be on a panel the business of the grind! Show Me The $$$: Behind the Business of Freelancing will be on Saturday at 1pm and I'll be joined by serious luminaries Jen Wang, Hope Larson, Cecil Castellucci, and Shannon O'Leary – I'm truly humbled to be in such company and I hope you can hear us speak about "maintaining a sustainable freelance career."
