okay so i saw a post that said the Marauders fandom is not any better then any of the HP fas that support JKR and like
if im ingaging the the Marauders fandom, ACTIVLY AND OPENLY, hating on JKR its not like im supporting her. im not watching the movies, im not buying any of the Merch or HP themed stuff that i know the money of will go to her. Im activly telling my friends and family shes a bad person and we shouldnt continue to support her. and yes i get frustrated wehn they say stuff like "But i grew up with her" yeah well so did i and im still not supporting her
all im doing is making silly little boys kiss, enjoying the characters that the Fandom created because yes theres almost little to nothing in the books about most this people but we as a fandom created more and made somethi big and beautiful out of it.
is the fandom perfect? no do we have a lot of problems that need to be fixed? Maybe Are we bad people for enjoying engaging in the fandom? no
For that matter everyone who even write remotely fuck up shit is a bad person. its alwasy dont like dont read until you dont like it and tell everyone they shouldnt like it
The silly little queer Marauders are bringing me joy and happiness and interacting and thinking about them is not supporting JKR. maybe in saying "Hey i like the world she created" but I. AM. NOT. SUPPORTING. HER. even if i write about characters she mentioned in her books and that she would hate btw with how we created them.
and yes i do like the Golden Era too and engage in Fandom but thats a different converstation.
I reecently deleted Tiktok and Youtube from my Phone
Tiktok was maybe 5 weeks ago (with one relaspe last weekend :() and with Tikttok again and trashed Youtube too cause i kept scrolling a little there too
Since Monday i finished reading two books
the last time i read this much was maybe middle school and ill be honest i missed it
all im using my phone for at the moment is texting, music, tumblr and some important stuff and its really refreshing tbh
So im reading shatter me for the first time (im on chapter 23) and couldnt escape a little spoiler so i know we all like Aaron Warner (idk if i like him cause i know everyone does or just because i do but i do) but really one question
Are we supposed to like Adam like was that a goal to achieve caus ei dont like him
"Oh she knows him from before all this and hes been nice bla bla" i dont like him its boring and i dont like his vibes
And dont get me wrong i usually love friends to lovers but this feels bleh
