Would a 60 hours day be that bad? I could take a 4 hour nap in the middle of the day, still have time to continue with my day, and it would be socially acceptable to work at night!! 4 hour nap in the middle of the day. 60-4= 56 Another 4 hour nap, taken as "sleep". 56-4=52 And lastly one 2 hour power nap to be had at any time during the day that can be squeezed in. 52-2=50
