Brownie “orgánico” saludable (Receta)
Ingredientes
100 G harina de coco.
250 G de cacao en polvo.
280 G de aceite de coco.
1 Cucharadita de vainilla.
1 taza de jarabe de maple
1/4 taza azúcar de coco.
5 huevos.
Chocolate chips al gusto.
Instrucciones
Pre calentar el horno.
Mezclar el aceite de coco y la cocoa en polvo y remover hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea (se puede hacer a baño maría).
En otro tazón batir bien los huevos y el azúcar hasta que doble su cantidad.
Agregar la harina, sal, maple syrup y vainilla a la mezcla de aceite de coco y cacao en polvo y de manera envolvente mezclar bien.
Agregar la mezcla de los huevos y azúcar.
Engrasar un molde y cubrir con papel para hornear,añadir la mezclar y llevar a al horno por 35 mins a 350 grados F.
Servir. Cantidad suficiente para ocho personas.
