Here’s my shot of Pete Buttigieg at the Fox11 Town Hall to speak at a USC Political Assembly at Bovard Auditorium at USC. Today President Joe Biden announced that Pete Buttigieg will be nominate as Secretary of Transportation. Quoting the Advocate: “Buttigieg, a gay man, would be the first out member of the LGBTQ+ community to serve in a Senate-confirmed Cabinet post, if he is indeed confirmed.” I saw Mayor Pete for the first time with Jake Tapper’s CNN Town Hall at ACL with the two other two presidential candidates. He immediately struck me as way above par in articulating his political positions and he had convincing arguments for his positions. He blew up in 24 hours after that night. I think his knowledge and expertise has well enabled him for this cabinet position. Americans are benefit greatly from Biden’s smart insightful decision.
