aftershocks specific: after becoming a ghost, the very first thing he saw once outside of his body was rachel desperately pleading w/ mr. barnett to let the boys go. once he realized the truth of the situation, that someone had been trying to save them, save him the whole time, all of the anger he felt at the boys immediately vanished
