The superpowers!AU is a struggle because I began it randomly, kind of as a one shot. Then I considered making it into a full length fic, with a full plot to it. I wanted to do this AU and consider how the story changes now that characters have powers (that aren’t connected to magic) and if Jay was raised in Auradon and never knew the other three. But I truly suck at plotting.
Also, part 3 went the exact opposite of how I wanted it. I didn’t want Jay to learn about Carlos’ ability until waaaay later.
So, I like it and have fun with it, but if I ever come back to it, I’ll be re-writing it from the beginning.
There’s hope! I just have to plot it out.
