Helifeels wise, I don't think Winter Soldier will happen as the movie occured, I have some ideas, as does Jeanmun, and we'll talk with a few others about getting it up and running once Helifeels does their Thor: The Dark World plot.

MCU wise however, I am willing to RP. It's very clear to me what would happen to Alastor in that. SHIELD's gone, or at the very best a shadow of its former self, and he would no more be part of that than Hydra. In all likelihood Alastor would return to DEM, and take whatever assets he could with him.

So in MCU RPs happening post Winter Soldier, if they happen, Alastor will be a Merc again, a very well armed Merc but a Merc. He would not however cut ties with anyone, so if you were his friend, and not involved with the Hydra plot, you still would be.
