i know we’re all either happy that Nobody Died because that fight was stressful enough or we wished somebody died for the Drama

but consider: the Comedy Potential

they finally get to essek and tell him about what happened and he’s like “i’m sorry i couldn’t leave my post to help you” or something

and then somebody else (probably veth), very clearly lying, is like “oh nah essek don’t worry about it, it wasn’t that big of a deal, nobody died or anything :)”

and then the whole group very obviously looks at the person who did actually die
