“Why are you crying?”
Oh it’s nothing just the fact that Liam mother loving O’Brien wrote up the sweetest most adorable Zemnian fairy tale in a day just because Laura Bailey briefly mentioned as Jester that she couldn’t read it

Yasha’s first draft: Beau ur purty
Yasha’s second draft: Please allow me to bare my soul, while cherishing yours
We're going to be best friends with a bunch of yeti!
Caleb reading Der Katzenprinz is the saddest thing that’s happened in this whole campaign and here’s why:
Caleb’s mother, who loved him, read him a story about another boy whose mother loved him, who was taken from his safe (if stifled) life by a magical prince and promised and given wondrous things, and in the story the boy turns his back on the gifts for the sake of his mother and her love, and you can imagine the scene - baby Bren tucked in bed, enchanted by the whimsical story, his mother full of tenderness for her sweet boy, neither of them with any notion at all of what will happen when the magic comes for them.
In the story the Cat Prince tells the boy that he is a credit to his mother, and the tragedy of Caleb is that he could have - should have - had a life like the fairytale promised, a credit to his family and his country - but not all magical princes are kindly and forgiving.
