Ripley's death was different in the stream. Not Vex shooting two arrows. that is actually accurate.
What they changed is that in the stream, Ripley did not manage to escape originally. She got caught right after Killing Percy, injured and fresh out of spells.
And surrounded by a pissed of Vox Machina.
Who then went of to MURDER the shit out of her in the most brutal fashion in the entire stream. They mutilate, choke and shoot her to death and carve her with the DeRolo crest for good measure.
It was the darkest moment in the entire stream.
And one that I think would not work without the emotional turmoil of a freshly dead Percy. so when Ripley left, I dont know if the moment would work as effectively as it originally did.
