parents were music producers and really wanted their children to go into the industry, only elli doesn’t have a musical bone in her body; not that she didn’t try.  found her own creative outlet in the form of painting or sketches. In the last year she has started selling her paintings under a different name and she’s catching a following and making some money.  growing up she felt a bit trapped behind her sister's shadow, and often acted out making very impulsive choices that had their mother swearing elli couldn’t actually be theirs's. Like changing her name from Ella to elli when she was 18. It wasn’t until elli went to college that she felt like she finally found herself. there, el dabbled more in other extracurricular activities & parties than she did studies for the first two years. probably only got her act together & graduated due to a friend giving her a lecture. She graduated with a degree in business and a minor in art, and much to her parents' dismay elli refused to help them with any of their businesses. after graduation she absolutely did not apply herself & definitely jumped from place to place. job to job. in her mind “experiencing life “.Elli’s gift in life is that when everything seems to be finally working out for her she has to self-sabotage. She does not believe that she deserves good things. earlier this year, her mother found out that her dad was helping find her moves when she inevitably hit rock bottom to which she was given an ultimatum to move in with her sister in chicago or be disowned. And despite her actual need to argue with her family she couldn’t imagine life without them so she sucked it up and moved in with Willa.

David was born in Guatemala, and when he was six years old, parents moved with him to America, his mother was pregnant at the time and had her second son in America but she didn’t make it through child birth.

His father worked two jobs and blamed his younger brother for his mother’s death, he used to beat him and his brother because of this but David took most of it to protect his brother.

When he was 15 the abuse came to light and he and his brother were taken into foster care. His brother was 9 so he would’ve had a good chance at being adopted but they refused to separate and no one wanted a 15 year old so they aged out of the system together.

At the age of 18 David became his younger brothers legal guardian so they could stay together.

He got a job as a manual laborer for a construction company to pay the bills. He’s been working in construction ever since, and relies on drinking and smoking rather than confronting his past.

Born to a New Jersey convenience store franchisee and his wife. The middle of three children, Isaac, who dubbed himself "Ike" only after an argument with the grandfather for whom he was named, shouldered much of the family business even from a young age. His older brother had better things to do, and his younger sister was largely regarded as the baby of the house. And so, the thin dark-haired boy was a common sight then, stocking shelves, ringing up customers, or pocketing candy.

Became something of a school troublemaker, but was too small (prior to a spurt) to actually resort to bullying. Still, he often found himself in the principal's office for talking back or craning his neck too far during a test. In the fifth grade, he won a statewide essay contest in perhaps his first ever real display of personal exertion. This victory, however, while it inspired him to continue writing, did not actually inspire him to try harder academically, and he entered high school very near the bottom of his class.

As a freshman, he fell in with a rough group of older boys and spiraled into something of a partying phase, throughout which Ike's primary role was shoplifting food from his parents' store. An ill-advised prank, resulting in the destruction of three bathroom sinks, landed him in weekend detention and set painting duty for the school musical. While the show itself was lousy, he not mind the work.

Returned home after just barely passing senior year and began working in the family business, where he more or less planned to live out the rest of his days. On something of a whim, he entered a play writing contest he found on the internet and was rather unexpectedly among the winners. This amateur work would have a basic workshop and reading by a small local company.

Bolstered by this success, Ike, banking on his admissions essay, enrolled in drama program at a certain New York university. A few years later, he submitted his first major work, a satire on the American family called Polyester Bloodbath, for a major grant, which led to its production in several regional theaters across the country that year.
