“The first floor hosts a billiards room, double parlors and a guest room,” Christian explains. “As well as a two thousand bottle wine cellar with a wonderfully diverse and expansive collection of reds, whites, roses, you name it. On the second floor, if you go up the winding stair case just behind you, is another set of double parlors, a bathroom, a grand dining room, and a very spacious kitchen. The third floor you will find three more luxurious suites which includes a primary suite with a speakeasy that is accessible through a hidden bathroom door of which I’m more than happy to show the location of if you desire. Both the second and the third floor have wrap around decks with spectacular views of the French Quarter. There’s also servant wings with two independent apartments and two more bedroom suites if you’d prefer your own space entirely. Oh and there is a roof top deck that gives you a full 360 view of the French Quarter, probably one of my favorite parts of the home if I’m being honest. Not very many rules except be respectful of my home and of each other, try not to break anything, and just treat the home as if it’s your own. I’m leaving my number on the fridge, so if you need anything just shoot me a text or give me a call.
