Hephaethus didn’t like to talk about it. Feelings-the one thing Hephaethus can’t wrap his head around. The god just either pushed them down or let them explode in a fiery rage. So when he sees Psyche, looking a bit down, he debated with himself. At that moment Hephaethus knew. He has to talk about feelings. He sat down next to her, eyes looking at her with concern. 

“I’m not the best with feelings.” The fire god confessed. “But if you want to talk about them, I’ll try my best to listen.” 

Bunnymund was looking over Hedone at the other end of the room. Even in his current pirate get up, he did care for children. He always had. Part of the reason he did it was his job-well was. Bunnymund wasn’t even sure how worthy he was as a guardian considering his failed Easter. 

Bunnymund looked at the crib before seeing Psyche at the doorway. There was a faint smile on his features. 

“Psyche.” He replied. “Didn’t see you there for a second.” He walked towards the other. “How are you doing?”

Hephaestus looked up from his board. The fire god sighed. “Bingo is fun.” The fire god whined. He doesn’t get it. Isn’t slow-paced, low risked fun great for the younger ones too. The fire god placed his chip on the board. 

“Bingo is a high-risk strategy game. It teaches you humility and patience and-” 

“G6″ 

Hephaestus placed the chip and raised his arms in excitement. “Bingo.” Hephaestus said victoriously. He ignored everyone, including Psyche, groans of annoyance.

Hephaestus felt happy as he picked up his basket from the front with Psyche. “Like I said it’s a high risk strategy game. If Your old man wasn’t quick enough, we wouldn’t have won this fantastic basket.”  Hephaestus picked through the items and saw the spa coupon with a familiar look. There was a small sad look before trying to smile. 

“Psyche, you should have this.” Hephaethus said. “I have no need for a spa day. I’m going to be fine.” He smiled. “Consider it a gift for my favorite grand-niece.”
