Chapel (Eoin)
Chapel: Our characters get married
Elsa looked around still almost not believing where she was. At nineteen, when Elsa had finally met her parents and had seen what their marriage had done to each other was what sealed her thoughts on the topic. She had promised herself she would never get married. She had been to her fair share of weddings - all of her oldest friends were either married or engaged - and at each one she had walked away knowing the marriage was something she had never wanted. But here she was at her own wedding. Dancing with her husband - that sent a small shudder throughout her body and it wasn’t because of who her husband was but the new title he held and the respective title she knew was attached to her as well.
Weddings were full of family and Elsa had none to her name - expect for her brother but they hardly spoke anymore. Her side of the guest list paled in comparison and was full of just the few people she considered her closest friends. The only people she was wiling to invite to the big event. “Do we have to stay for the whole thing?” Elsa grumbled to the Irish man as the pair danced. “People expect the couple to leave early, right? Cause my feet hurt, there are way too many people, and I feel everyone watching us.”
