Five things? Any five? Let’s see where this takes me lol
My ability to speak two languages. Spanish and English, that is. Yes, I’ve tried to learn other but I’m not quite there to start a conversation. The reason why I like this is because I’m able to communicate with my people and help them out when they need it. I’ve lost count of how many people I’ve helped while other Spanish speakers just stare and giggle. Yes, I know my English isn’t perfect and that’s because Spanish was my first language: started learning English at the age of 8.
My height. No, I’m not the shortest person nor the tallest. I’m 5’ 5” which in my family that is kind of tall lol. I used to be the tallest one at school back when I was in Mexico but things changed once I moved here. Here, I’ve been told I’m average. So that makes me happy.
My hair. Not on bad hair days lol I like the color which is a light brown. Sometimes it looks lighter and I get random blonde hairs because of my dad’s side. It’s also pretty thick which can be good and bad but I’ve learned to work with it. Oh, and it grows quickly.
I know this is going to sound weird but my brain lol. The reason why I say this is because, it’s been trough a lot in the past few years which happened to be my years in high school. My grades dropped badly and decided to study, study, study and even though my body and brain told me I couldn’t pass my classes because I was so exhausted working two part time jobs, I didn’t give up, just kept studying and graduated with my class. This made me feel so proud of myself.
My eyes. Not talking about my contacts but my real eyes. I used to think they were ugly because they are brown but I love them now.
