I wore this saree last Sunday but didn't get to post it. Then Monday happened and I really didn't feel like posting anything in light of the events. My original comment below: 18/100 for #100sareepact What do you do when you attempt to put on the saree you originally picked but the drape just not working out for you? The saree that I wanted to wear wasn't cooperating with me today. After several unsuccessful tries to drape the original saree, I threw an internal hissy fit, decided that I absolutely hate starched cotton and decided to wear a different saree. Then I proceeded to spend close to 15 minutes staring at my closet and all the sarees hanging in there, realizing that most of them are indeed starched cotton. Sure, I can soak them and wash them and remove the starch but it is such a drag. I'm also worried that the colors would run and doing one at a time is just beyond me. There's a reason why always reach for the same khesh cotton. This #byloom saree is the softest cotton ever and a gift from a dear friend. It remains one of my favorites to wear. The necklace is a gift from my mom. She always knows what to send me and very in-tune with my quirky tastes and preferences. Can you say fish?! #sareetimes #sareeday #sareesunday #cottoniscool #handloomcotton #byloomsaree #cottonsaree #iwearhadloom #ootd #keepcalmandsareeon
