it’s been three weeks since my occupational rehabilitation started & i don’t even have to count how many mental break downs i already had since that day. there have been too many so far. my mental health is getting worse again. it’s terrible. but i have to continue this shit. i always have to get up like 6 am & i’ll be back home at 7 pm. my days are too long & i’m not feeling well. i had to cancel all my therapies cause they said it would take away too much time of the occupational rehabilitation & i’d have the chance to talk to their therapist once in a month for 20 minutes. great yes. i used to have three therapies a week. how can one session a month of 20 minutes compensate this? i’m just so done. i feel like shit. people who i thought would be my friends don’t give a fuck. so i’m all alone here. i don’t feel like being on my laptop. don’t feel like fucking anything. i just want to hide & cry all fucking day long.
