Last dumb post: I wish I had a bunch of butch friends that wanted to do picnics and photoshoots recreating their favorite art pieces or vintage photos. That sounds fun...I never really had a community I belonged to like that.

watching my girlfriend call me its boyfriend has me feeling like all the stars in the night sky
cut my hair
I want to make a Sona but I want that Sona to be...a genuine depiction of what I find interesting or attractive about myself but honestly I don't know. I don't know how people make mascots or sonas. I need help xD SOS
Hm...so I haven't felt good in a long time. But I think I crave intimacy, not because I reject sexual stuff. Just because I have never been intimate with anyone apart from my husband. It's nice.
I want to be handsome, desired, loved and cherished more than sexualized. I never understood why I was so adverse to it till now but I think it's because (not to be too personal) I was sexualized at an age that I was barely able to understand "sexiness".
People flirt with me but they never wanted to talk to me about life or my interests or hobbies. They just loved the idea of me and what they could do to me. But when they found out that I was talkative and weird I was no longer desirable.
I was also considered more "desirable" when I looked and acted like a girl. But the minute I stopped, I was no longer attractive to anyone. I have never been authentic to myself till now.
Some part of me liked the attention. Maybe I liked the vapid comments about my body and such. But they were never genuine...no one ever loved me for me. Well until I met my husband. 💞

I find it hard to connect with other queers on the internet these days. The idea that we are becoming "too woke" is starting to become a little too pervasive in the LGBT+ community. Like yeah sure we are "too woke" but you know what else was considered "woke"? Women voting and having jobs, non segregated schools, and hell; the very concept that same sex relationships were anything other than degenerate and satanic at worst and a communist conspiracy against the nuclear american family at best.
Any progress is considered "woke" by the ruling class. Anything that goes against their perception of how society should be is going to be beaten down and I see too many queer people crabs in a barreling each other as if that's not literally what they want.
Our relationships with each and ourselves are supposed to be complex and personal. We may have labels that are difficult to understand or contradictory labels or strange pronouns or strange presentation but the idea that we should concede to hetero and cis normative standards isn't going to help us.
How much of yourself are you willing to hide or sacrifice before it's enough? What about those of us that can't hide? What are we to do? I am not talking about people who hide parts of themselves for safety reasons. I mean queers who actively push this idea of conformity and being "one of the good ones" to appeal to homophobes because they want to dissociate themselves with the "weird dyed hair and pronouns people" ya know?
This uptick in this mindset is upsetting and disturbing.
When I describe myself as a "girl failure" I don't mean a girl who is a loser. I mean a girl who was so bad at being a woman that I was considered a boy or a man for most of my life. I don't really see myself as a girl or a woman. I see myself more or less as an older gentleman or an androgynous person.
Side note: does anyone else headcanon male characters as butch? Like for example I live for Butch emet selch or Butch silco lol✨❤️
Welcome to my blog!
I have recently come out as a Butch trans masc person. Hello 👋🏾 I am Black and 26 years old. I am disabled, I love to sing, I wanna get back into drag, I like to draw.
More importantly I wanted to make this blog to chronicle my journey with my gender, pontificate about gender and sexuality and more importantly maybe create characters and stories to reflect my new identity. This is the first time I don't feel neutral about my identity, I am actually euphoric and excited. So if you stumbled through here, welcome!
