People who don't reblog stuff are missing out on so much. Like. Tumblr is one of the only sites where you can actually build a cool blog by just curating content. You don't have to make anything yourself, you can just reblog other people's stuff. You can have a blog about landscape photography, or birds, or a TV show, without ever taking photos or writing meta or anything yourself.
Obviously it's also good for people who make content, but if you're someone who can't, or doesn't have time, or whatever... you can still run a blog that people might actually want to follow. Without stealing content from other people.
Tumblr is user-curated content and you can be one of those curators. You can be an active participant and actually do something even if you aren't a creator per se instead of just mindlessly scrolling and occasionally hitting "like", you can express your opinions about it in the tags or just shout how much you love it instead of just clicking on a little heart, and you get that little bit of recognition every time someone likes or reblogs a post from you or follows you. It's arguably the best feature of this site and it's bizarre how many people are not using it at this point.
