Good news people I found a physio who would have been burnt at the stake in the 17th century. I walked in his practice and he said "You talked about knee problems on the phone but don't you have lower back pain? Also a tense neck and your eyes get easily sore?".
I kept my poker face but internally I was like
Anyway I got home, slept for 3 hours and now my knees are oddly fine.
Physio-witch man didn't even touch them.
