Me: oh we have a buy online pickup in store function so if it is that cheaper online you can pay that price through the app and then when you come in we’ll have it ready for you!
Customer: ...what about I just come in and you sell it for 12$!?
Me: I’m sorry but we can’t give you that big of a discount in store. The company supplements our stock from Bopis orders, but not if we do a manual in store price change, and it’s very quick and easy to do a bopis! I can walk you through it if you would like-
