This episode sort of confirmed so many of my beliefs of how Rhaenyra character work and proceed. And in not a bad way. I actually like how she finally let the mask and lie she created of herself of rightfulness feeling slip and embrace what she really enjoys it. Every thing Daemon says. Every thing he does. As cruel as they are. She enjoy it. The problem is when it tarnishes the image of rightfulness that she created. Like go back to S2 when the news breaks about Jaehaerys' death. Emma plays her a bit off the key to indicate she is fucking pretending. And in particular with Daemon she breaks out and show the problem of it. Because it made her look bad.
Is the same off key expression and tone she had with Helaena this episode. And Helaena catches up.
Just proves how Emma is such a fucking good actor. Emma finally played the character in the element Rhaenyra belongs and was so damn good.
