L(esbian) and Light Naibselami
Light is the eldest daughter of the chief of police, she's smart and beautiful, and she also lives in a very misogynistic world. All that being said, being traditionally girly is quite desirable, so Light, who doesn't really care abt any of that, is a performative girly girl.
On the other hand, L is also a woman in a misogynistic world but specifically a woman in a big position, a relevant woman. A man is much more respected than a woman, so as a woman who can be private most of the times, L has taken on a masculine persona. Why would anyone assume the greatest detective in the world is a woman after all.
