I feel like when I was younger, I had a tendency subconsciously try and tone down some of DW's negative attributes when I'd try to write him (liiiiiiikely because a part of me saw some embarrassing familiarity there-) but nowadays I don't do that in the slightest, he may be my favorite but he's also just straight up obnoxious lowkey. I say this with love the man needs to work on himself, A LOT
