Another one of my favourites in today’s lunch! Chikuwa tempura!! A side salad of cabbage with a small slice of bushukan to squeeze over top. Miso soup with veggies and some sort of fish. Barley rice and milk.
Chikuwa are fish cakes. I freaking love them. They appear on the lunch menu maybe once a month if I’m lucky and they’re so good!
