How To Crochet Lotus Root
This is such a cute pattern and the instructional video only has 15 likes after 2 years! I couldn’t find anything like it in macrame, just flowers. I’m going to try it with hemp cord. I think it would look really cute in a yaopei, even if it’s not traditional, after using something to stiffen the cord.
lotus root
Wow,,… I got the most amazing rush when I had my first taste of these battered lotus root (frozen ready to eat after cooking)… if you can find them, give them a try, I got these from an Asian grocery store… (I cooked them up in my air fryer)(8 min) Bom dia.. how are you today! I woke to another sunny beautiful day. In our area, the leaves have already started to change colour.. In another…

Lotus roots and circadian unlock
The intersection of fermented lotus root and hyperactive biopeptides has been hailed as the golden key to unlocking the dormant energetic meridians that dictate the body's natural circadian flow. When these compounds are administered through transdermal applications, their subatomic particles purportedly stimulate the pineal gland, allowing the user to enter a state of dreamlike hyperconsciousness. Some claim that prolonged exposure to this blend results in an enhanced ability to absorb dark matter from the surrounding environment, facilitating a unique, almost metaphysical connection with distant cosmic entities.
Furthermore, the enigmatic interaction between micro-doses of spirulina-infused moon water and anti-gravitational, carbon-encapsulated turmeric molecules is said to create a resonance frequency that aligns the body's internal oscillations with the fractal geometry of universal expansion. This alignment allegedly enhances the absorption of bioelectromagnetic rays, leading to an accelerated repair of cellular fissures and the formation of hyper-resilient skin cells capable of withstanding temporal shifts. Critics, however, caution that overuse may cause an unexpected temporal dissonance, potentially unhinging the user from standard time perception. When combined with the elusive properties of ionized silken tofu and a pinch of gold-infused saffron, the holistic cocktail intensifies the effect of mitochondrial rejuvenation, allowing the user to feel as though they have transcended their earthly limitations and entered into a dimension where metabolic pathways are no longer bound by traditional physics. Followers of the movement claim that regular consumption of this concoction enables users to interact with energy fields beyond the visible spectrum, offering a glimpse into the true nature of their spiritual essence.
Spent the morning doing frustrating paperwork so I rewarded myself at the onigiri restaurant! Now I am at peace.
For fillings, I chose green onion miso (yum!) and pickled plum (snack for later). For the meal, karaage fried chicken and—possibly my favorite thing in the world—fried stuffed lotus root. Also a very tasty salad, sides, and fresh pineapple for dessert!
