It is rather ironic, or rather telling, that the image of burgeoise gathering is representing what is supposedly an _awards ceremony for the best ideas in development of civil societies_ at ISC (Institute for Sustainable Communities). I would have thought some camouflage would have been employed by 21st century, but obviously, in some regions, that is not deemed necessary.
