Like...Mikoto's second trial song hit me so profoundly that I had a mental breakdown that last days before I got back up and was able to take the strength of the song.

Just to find out his third trial song is literally just...john came to be because of work stress.

I had a feeling this would happen and I disagree with the DID rep and the portrayal. But what made mikoto decent rep in the first place was John being a whole complex being. The concept of a protector. Even if he was flawed at it.

I was hoping the third song would go back to Mikoto's past, show that John has always been here and slowly snapped just like mikoto broke. Nope....I...I don't know how to feel about this.

I'm just saddened. And I think I will ignore requiem.

I saw the Phrolova stuff coming. And I'm so glad they doubled down. I don't care how sad you are (and pretty) you still did some awful shit that cannot be explained away through "but I'm suffering".
