What? I finished something on the day I planned to finish it?? I know, I’m surprised too 😂 Today is Beltane and to honour it, I drew this picture of my character, AI (who you guys know is kind of like my ultimate Earth Goddess character) and @kuroitenshi13 ‘s version of Cernunnos together. Beltane is a pagan holiday and a celebration of fertility and life anew as the Goddess and God come together in union. This picture represents that. I'm very proud to be able to finally post this! This is a mental health mural I was commissioned to do as part of Wellness Day at an elementary school I worked for last school year. The theme was 'You Matter'. When I was in elementary school, mental health was NEVER discussed and if it was brought up, it was viewed in such a negative way which is why I'm proud that I was able to be apart of this project. Mental health and awareness is so important to the overall development of a person and I'm glad that schools are starting to discuss it and realize just how important it is. This is probably the biggest piece I've ever worked on and I'm so happy with how it came out, especially since acrylics aren't my strongest medium.
