By how you could work it into the story, it could just be a normal scar he got in a random battle, or it could be from the final battle where the autobots infiltrate the deception base and defeat Megatron. Bee could get slashed by Starscream with a sword.

Also, in that one animatic you made where, Red got fatally injured, you mentioned he couldn't walk properly afterwards. And the first thing I thought of was House MD--

So he got a cane and also temporary legs

I like to think that they reunited freshly after the war, where they saw each other in the crowd, when all the ships landed in Iacon and they ran towards each other and even though Red Alert couldn't run he tried to at least walk faster and his cane fell, but Bumblebee caught him and they kissed.

- a reason why I like them paired up is because…well, they both weren’t made for fighting. Just watch the first episode of Siege! Red Alert says that he was a doctor before the war, and now he’s a soldier. Bee says to Optimus that all this fighting isn’t for him. And then in episode 6, Red says he’s better at fixing them, not blasting them. Neither of them are made for this war, but were dragged into it. I actually made an edit a few days ago based on this idea lol

- both of them are actually kinda similar in character? Can’t really describe it. But like. They click

- probably one of the very few ships Red’s in where he’s the taller one lol

- once again, the whole ‘Bee’ nickname thing. Just ignore Arcee. Actually, I like the little dynamic that Arcee and Bee have in WFCT. It’s subtle, but I like it :)

- BumbleAlert only really works in WFCT. I think the only other series they’re together is like G1, whatever the mess of IDW is and Unicorn Trilogy if you say Hot Shot is Bumblebee (thanks copyright and legal stuff…)

- the canon just gives me the angst, I don’t need to do shit! :D

- the song Fighter by Jack Stauber works really well with them
