Nothing Broken
As a growing man I was made to set the bar higher. I was taught to hold, pull and never let go and to always dream and aspire. Some may call me a millionaire’s son, some may call me a poor soul but no one that truly knows me can ever refer to me as being dull. The face of an Irish woman that was brought up in a great grand city will forever be hurt but not speak a word of it because her own character grows. We are hardened men because of her and appreciative of her in all her hard love but I’ve never met a woman so grand that sacrificed her own life for all of which are hers. The children with no fatherly presence were left broken by inner thoughts and feelings disturbed. How is it that a man could give up on us no matter what the obstacle or deep rooted battle of feverish love that never would occur? Just walk away old man, you have done it right before, just walk away old man you hit us all where it hurt. Pushed and prodded like cattle or sheep was always a day to day thing. Boys growing through puberty are such a wretched and hellish thing. They are driven by biological change and act by how they are seen but what about through my eyes? My greatest enemies they became. So day by day and night by night I plotted and sought out this thing that I would act as a collective instrument on all their beings. I never bullied or hurt anyone but if I did I do apologize. It’s all projected on the screen, my orchestrated plan of their demise. So on and on the battle brewed as to who the Alpha male was and to this day they all lived to realize, that in the mirror all they saw were Betas, the Alpha is what I have always seen. Today, just a smile, peace sign and I’m on my way to help the elder lady across the street and give a few bucks to the man down on his luck, as I dream and aspire my bar is always set higher so I hope you have good grip and hell of a reach.
