Some examples of how my bullet journal is still messy. November was a hot mess, lol. Mostly in my daily headers. I've been trying different lettering styles. With practice comes mistakes. .... Also, you may have noticed I haven't posted anything for December daily. That's because I'm not doing it. I started to then learned it was about the holidays and I'm not feeling that, lol. So no December daily. So this is how much I've been using my time table this month. OTL. I took this picture yesterday morning so it does have something on it now. The issue is when I'm updating my bullet journal nightly I am too lazy to fill in my day so I skip this part. Overall, I think I need to update earlier in the evening than I have been. Goodbye June, Hello July! My reflection after part of May and all of June is that I have a #bujofail on every page, but I go with it and I hope that will #bujoinspire to do the same. We don't live a perfect life so why should our record of it be perfect? Express yourself, have fun, and #makeart ! 😍 This was my first #moodtracker illustration. I didn't think when I picked the colors that I would be making a bullseye target. But, hey, if you let things evolve, it'll always be a surprise. June was pink and black and July will be Blues. I wanted a color scheme that was going to trick me into thinking I was cool. So #hellojuly is fireworks (artist tutorial listed in previous post) and a beach theme. I wasn't happy with the island so I'm blocking it from view. I'm also moving into my EC Lifeplanner so my bulletjournal doesn't need much space for the calendar. Finally, pic three shows that I did add another card to the opposite side for balance. I love it but it would be too bulky to do that often. The aqua color splash continues July's beach theme. Because I'm coming to the end of the month, I wanted to revisit the #bujofail that is my first full month #habit and #selfcare #tracker . It started pretty ridiculous and by the first picture was already apparent that I was #tracking too much #data in too small an area. However, against good advise of "turning the page" and starting over, I decided to finish it. It would still let me practice which is basically everything that I do in my #bulletjournal at this point. The second picture is after almost a month. I can look at it and see the information that I wanted and what correlated. I have really appreciated when more experienced and talented bullet journalists have showed their mistakes, so I'm showing my day when #bujofail happens. Maybe I'll correct it.
