Never have considered myself to be in perfect shape, regardless of how my stance might be or how my structure looks to the outsider. A few area’s I’ve alway been unhappy with, main area being lower stomach and triceps. For me it only takes a couple weeks out of training for me to feel bloated around the mid-drift. Yep, we’ve all got a complex of some sort or another.
