• blood running from the head represents severe accounts of bodily harm from paranoia and fear or even panic attacks

• rope symbolizes escaping your own fear through death/retreat

• furred animal represents how some trauma victims will cling to a childhood stuffed animal or toy due to fear or paranoia

• scars and scratches refer to bodily harm from panic attacks which usually cause you to scratch at your own skin

• missing patches of fur represents picking/pulling at your own skin from paranoia or panic attacks

• extra legs represents flight response commonly caused from traumatic experiences

• eyes show fawning/freezing response also commonly exhibited in trauma victims
