I didn’t think I’d like a fic like this, but I was drawn in by aromatic river. But wow. Just so amazing, handles the topic with such grace, and feels so fitting to each character. THAT IS IN FACT ME!! thank youuuu, i'm so glad that it's end up being something that you enjoy <3 the subject matter is. i certainly don't blame anyone who would see the tags and run for the hills lol, entirely understandable. but it's really meant a lot to hear that people have found it to be handled well. it's a story that is dearly important to me in a number of ways and it means the absolute world to hear things like this about it :')
aroace river is real and true and beautiful to me. i love writing him that way, and this fic was an opportunity to directly explore that in a way that is usually difficult with aro/aroace characters. ough.
