Vaguely Spore-esc entity based on the Debug Squid. Their name is Buggu.

They have a semi-transparent form, grey optic nerves along the horizontal axis used for seeing, and white “fake eyes” for processing chemical compounds in the environment. They have grey “horns” along the head that function similar to ears, but it is not clear how exactly this is done.

The fake eyes surrounding each optic nerve give the appearance of a face to some species. Depending on the side that Buggu is viewed from, they may appear angered or malevolent (left), or they may appear sad or divine (right).

Buggu is believed to live on a planet in the farthest reaches of the galaxy, or possibly from another galaxy entirely. They have never been met in-person, as the form commonly seen by those lucky enough to encounter them is actually a sort of mirage or illusion; because of this, some wonder if the form they “appear” in is their their form. Despite never physically meeting anybody, they seem capable of interacting with what’s around them, and are able to perform feats that can only be described as miracles.

Conversations with Buggu are rare, and it is currently unclear if they are an individual entity or one member of an entire species.
