Bug Warning
Attention Magic Online players! I’ve got news for you: some good and some bad.
The bad news is that there’s a bug being introduced in the Magic Online build shipping out during tomorrow’s downtime. It affects three cards: Narset Transcendant, Domri Rade, and Scrying Sheets. The bug causes confusing text to appear that might mislead you to not reveal a card during the resolution of an ability that has you looking at the top card of your library and optionally revealing it and putting it into your hand.
The text that appears will read “Reveal a [restriction] card? (Click OK to continue.)” There’ll be an OK button that will let the ability finish resolving without doing anything. If you want to reveal the card at that point, you’ll want to click the card to be revealed instead of the OK button.
The good news is that we’ve got a fix in the works that should be deployed by the weekend to clear things up and introduce more helpful text that should clear up the interface.
I apologize for any confusion that might come from this bug, but hopefully it’ll be short-lived. GLHF!
