I've been thinking about making more for some time and even drawing remakes of several now that I've learned more about Artisan Gastronomy and the alternative ways in which certain ingredients were obtained. Some focused on Hallownest and others on locations in other kingdoms that I have been thinking about for a long time.

*Quinn & Penny’s birthday 🥰

Usually on Quinn’s birthday you would take bug and bear down to the kitchen to make him breakfast, bring it up and let the kids give him the gifts they chose for him.

The day would be filled with daddy and the kids then you got to spend mommy and daddy time in the evening.

Instead, this year on his 24th birthday you were in the hospital.

Your head was lay on your forearm as you hunched over, breathing rapidly as you made your way through another contraction. Quinn’s hand rubbed circles on your back softly.

“Some fucking birthday!” You cried, the contraction through now.

You’d been here since yesterday, hoping babygirl would be born and you’d be home for breakfast with the kids.

You were not. It was 7pm and there was still no sign of her.

“Babe, I don’t care where we are!” He exclaimed as he’d told you this a million times today.

You sat on the bed and pouted “But…. That’s how we’ve always spent your birthday since bug was born”

He crouches down, his hands on your knees “Babe, look at me when I tell you, all I want today is for you to bring this healthy and happy little girl into our world. All I want, I don’t need gifts or anything just us and our babies”

She finally made her grand entrance a little after ten, as quiet as a mouse when she was placed into Quinn’s arms.

Elias had brought Bug and Bear over soon after you told him of the news.

The two kids snuggled into your sides, babygirl in your arms while Quinn perched on the bed edge looking at his family in awe.

You looked up at him with a soft smile “Happy Birthday baby”

Bug nudged you “and happy birthday ‘nelope”
