Doki Doki Literature Club put me in a really... I don’t know what to call it. A very weird kind of negative place??

It’s not affected my daily functioning, and I’m not in any danger of hurting myself, and I’m not even unhappy? Like, I’m not particularly changed by the experience, at least not in a negative way.

But the big twist scene at the end of Act 1 is still haunting me and left my brain producing some p awful intrusive thoughts. It was VERY intense -- i knew the spoiler, and i knew what was going to happen, but it still shook me very badly.

I’m not looking for comfort or buttpats or anything, but I might end up producing and posting some weird/gruesome/emotionally intense art or fic or something as I try to work through whatever weird funk this game put me in. (if it’s anything particularly disturbing, i’ll put it under a cut)
