Ingredients: 1 lb 450g ground pork sausage. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup baking mix e.g., Bisquick. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Put ground pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions if using in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Make little balls out of the mixture that are easy to eat and put them in a slow cooker that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Put the lid on top of the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for two to three hours, or until the cheese melts and the sausage balls are done. Serve the buffalo cheesy sausage balls hot when they're done. You can eat them as party snacks or as an appetizer. If you want, you can serve it with extra ranch dressing and buffalo sauce for dipping.
