This yummy dish called Roasted Golden Beets was delicious. It is definitely blog worthy. The gold color beets were perfectly roasted then topped with basil, goat cheese, and balsamic vinegar. My only complaint was that the dish served was so tiny. Adding it would have been great served with a thin cracker or small warm rolls.
