They don't look like much right now but give them a few months they'll be looking great. In the 30g they're definitely going to be growing far slower than in a tank with CO2 but it'll also be easier upkeep.

I’d say fifteen million Buces would be too many Buces. The logistics of keeping that many tanks running at optimum capacity would require highly advanced mathematics and specialized equipment which is not feasible for any but a possibly a select few. For the average person, to keep stress levels down I recommend keeping no more than a million Buces at a time. Anything over a million should only be attempted by a trained and experienced Buce professional grower, while any amount over seven million should only be attempted by a team of such professionals working with sufficient funding and support to maintain the amount of tanks necessary for such a number of Buces.
