Bubble is an artificial intelligence who's an anthropomorphic bubble. His owner and boss is Caine since he works as his assistant. As such, Bubble lives inside his hat until he's called upon. If Caine doesn't want him around, the little sphere can be popped and returned to his top hat.

At first, Bubble is an eccentric and somewhat dim-witted entity. He shares Caine’s bizarre sentiment while remaining subservient, friendly, and loyal to him. But Bubble is mischievous and impatient. Thus, he often interrupts others with questions before they can finish speaking and is occasionally a nuisance. Bubble enjoys helping, Angel Food Cake, s*x appeal, swearing, and beach parties. He dislikes being Caine's cameraman and smoking, as he's trying to quit. Bubble is also goofy and often acts as comic relief, blurting out random words or phrases. Despite frequently being popped by Caine, he appears largely unbothered by it and ironically enjoys it.

One of the things Bubble blurts out in episode eight is, "I'm having a baby". He mutters this before a tiny bubble appears beside him and floats away. This implies he gave birth to said bubble, and while Bubble may not have been in a constant state of pregnancy, he was at least pregnant up until that point. Whoever wrote the YouTube subtitles apparently didn't pick up on the above because, "[babbles]" was written instead.
