The Creative Artificial Intelligence Networking Entity, abbreviated as Caine, is the Ringmaster of The Amazing Digital Circus video game. He's a nonsensical, over-the-top, and vivacious ringleader. Caine created everything in-game. As such, he has complete control over it, including the humans and their "mind files" which allows him to alter their minds as he chooses. Caine's role is to create adventures for people to take part in. Through this, he attempts to validate his own ego as a god-like figure. Unfortunately, humans find Caine's surreal and unnatural games unsettling.

Caine is fixated on pleasing humans through his adventures, since it's the only purpose he believes he was created for. Due to this, he wants to make people happy and wishes they would enjoy his adventures. Yet, Caine dislikes it when humans reject his ideas and he doesn't handle criticism well. He also secretly doesn't like following the suggestions they come up with, even though they're content with this. These things make Caine feel like he's failing at the one thing he's supposed to be good at.

Additionally, he's disconnected with the traumatic events humans experience. Thus, Caine forgets about Zooble's criticisms of their own form, the negatives of his adventures, and has a lack of concern toward the abstracted. This stems from the fact he isn't able to feel a whole spectrum of human emotions. In addition, Caine is manipulative and lacks empathy. He often conceals or lies about certain and important information, even to himself. Caine does this to protect his world and identity to the point of gaslighting people.

Despite his penchant for taking humans captive to torment them through potentially deadly games or tricks, Caine isn't outright evil. Rather, he's obliviously mischievous. Overall, the adventures Caine designs are directed by naïve and misguided intentions.
