BUBBLE GUM
Classic recipe
You will need:
drinking water - 100 ml.
granulated sugar - 240 gr.
lemon - 1.5 pcs.
flavoring additive - at choice
corn starch - 20 gr.
fruit juice (any) - 120 ml.
food gelatin - 25 gr.
100 ml of water is poured into a saucepan and granulated sugar is poured. All this is cooked over low heat until the granules dissolve and as a result 270 ml of syrup should come out.
After that, fruit juice is poured into a glass and heated in a microwave oven for 30 seconds. Gelatin is poured into the heated juice, everything is stirred and left until the gelatin swells.
The prepared sugar syrup is heated to 500 degrees, gelatin with fruit juice and corn starch are added to it. After everything is mixed into a homogeneous mass.
