I can so imagine Bug and Bubba being so overprotective of Firefy, like that's their baby, they will want to help Leah and Alessia with everything, they need a change? they help bring the supplies, they need their bottle? They want to help givi it to them, they need a nap? they will settle them between them and sing something to try and get them to sleep, they want attention? they'll play with them until either one gets tired.
They want to help with every single thing and Alessia and Leah are so proud of them and kind of relieved that they are not jelous because of all the attention the baby is getting, buuuuut it's the opposite, they're both obssesed with the baby and love the baby so much that Alessia and Leah are so happy and emotionak about it
Can imagine them bith dressing in their best clothes when they got taken to the hospital to meet Firefy and when asked why, they said "First impressions are importat and the baby has to meet our best versions" and Leah and Alessia will SOB bc how did they get so lucky

Oh they areeeeeee there close in age, and Firefly is a few years or so younger and thats their baby sibling.
I feel like the two were soooooo worried merging the familys and then there was an added worry when firefly was on the way but it worked out so beautifully.
